Happy New Year frm New Zealand. It’s wonderful weather here. Sorry to hear about the dire cold and snow back home.
I’ve been visiting Kapiti Island, a bird sanctuary founded in 1897, the year when Shemi, my Pembrokeshire storyteller, died. It’s an astonishing place which makes you feel like you are back where the world began. I’ve been thinking about how to make of it a story to inspire others with the same kind of awe and wonder that I experienced when I was there. I’ll put some pictures up on this blog when I’ve worked out how to do it. More later.
